CM Loan Scheme for Govt Employees 2026 rolled out. Employees who are planning to build a house , buy a car, motorcycle or bicycle , this scheme suit for them. There is no hidden charges , no interest , just a helping hand from Government to fulfill their dreams. There are four categories of loans, which are given below.
- Motor Car Loan — Up to Rs. 200,000, for BS-17 and above
- House Building Loan — Up to Rs. 250,000, for BS-1 to BS-17
- Motorcycle Loan — Up to Rs. 80,000, for BS-1 to BS-17
- Bicycle Loan — Up to Rs. 8,000, open to everyone, no conditions attached
CM Loan Scheme for Govt Employees 2026 Eligibility Criteria
There is specific eligibility criteria for each category.
Car Loan Scheme
For car loan , employee must complete at least 5 years of service and age less than 55 years.
House Building Loan
Employee should complete at least 10 years of service and age less than 50 years.
Motorcycle Loan
At least 5 years of service, age under 55.
Bicycle Loan
Anyone can apply for bicycle loan. There is no age limit.
How to Apply for Loan Scheme
Applicants should submit their application through the department. And data must be entered online at www.bfkp.org. Incomplete application will not be entertained. Applying without department permission , applications will not be entertained.
Monthly Installments
Employee should repay monthly installment for each loan category. Check out below table for installment details.

Important Points to Remember
- Interest-free loans will be disbursed through a balloting/draw among eligible applicants.
- Applications can apply only for one category, requests for more than one loan simultaneously will not be entertained.
- The concerned DDO must confirm the applicant has not previously availed a loan under this or a similar scheme.
- A DDO certificate must be attached with the application form.
- Applications from Civil Secretariat employees and its attached departments will be scrutinized and forwarded by the Benevolent Fund Section, Civil Secretariat.
- District-level employee applications will be checked by the concerned Deputy Commissioner. Attached Department employee applications will be checked by their respective department.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Last date to submit applications is 10/12/2026.
